About The Carver County Chapter
The Carver County Red Cross Chapter is managed by LaVonne Kroells. We have an office in Norwood Young America, MN 55368 located at
315 West Elm Street /PO Box #686. Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30AM until 3:00PM. The office can be reached by phone at
(952) 467-4449. A message on the answering machine will provide guidance for Emergency Contacts at other times, or you may leave a
message. We monitor the answering machine frequently.
The policies that the Chaper follows is determined by the National American Red Cross and the local Board of Directors.

Disaster Action Team (DAT) Members
The DAT Team is the group of people that respond to local Emergencies. Our most
frequent response is to fires in single family or apartment fires. This team is
trained to supply the basic needs of persons displaced by these Disasters.
