Chronic and ongoing stress may create problems at home, and can lead to disease and other related conditions, such as high blood pressure, headaches, fatigue, and anxiety. The American Red Cross wants you to learn how to recognize workplace “stressors” so that you can begin to understand and manage stressful situations. This workplace module is an introduction to managing stress and can help you: Recognize the causes and signals of stress. Identify ways to manage stressful situations. Develop personal strategies for managing stress.
