- Spends a full 90 cents of each donated dollar on programs and services.
- Receives NO government funding
The Carver County Chapter American Red Cross is funded through the generosity of the American people.
How can YOU help? Donors can make gifts in the following ways:
- A gift of cash. (See DONATE NOW on Left for On-Line Donations)
- Planned giving - your Will. This is an opportunity to have Carver County Chapter American Red Cross named in your will as a beneficiary.
- A gift of securities - stocks and bonds that have increased in value may be an opportunity for the donor to avoid capitol gains tax.
- A gift of real estate. A donor may wish to make a gift of a personal residence, farm or other property.
- A gift of life insurance. A donor may name the Carver County Chapter American Red Cross as a beneficiary.
- A memorial gift. A meaningful way to honor a loved one, to commemorate a special occasion, an expression of sympathy or a celebration of a family event.
Business and Corporate Giving:
Businesses can have an opportunity to partner with the American Red Cross mission to provide life-saving services to our community by making an annual contribution. We also have many special projects that can be taken on and financed by your business. These projects will directly support your employees as the money will be spent in our county.
Civic Organizations:
Service and civic clubs may extend their committment to our community by financially supporting American Red Cross programs. We invite you to take on a special project with us to help us to serve our community. Contact our office for more details.
